These are natural pink coral hearts dangling from 14kt gold filled leverback earrings. The Italian pink coral is carved into gorgeous hearts with flowers on top in a 3D design. The hearts are set in 14KT gold filled earring findings. The coral is a natural pink color and is sometimes called angel skin. Natural coral is becoming very rare and collectible.
